TRUE’s 6-piece Swift Edge™ Fish Fillet Knife Kit has you covered with 3-in-1 versatility thanks to the 6”, 7.5” and 9.5” replaceable fillet blades that have excellent flex for filleting, skinning and de-boning. All Swift Edge knives feature TRUE’s patented, replaceable blade system with its’ intuitive and simple 2-stage toggle lock which makes changing blades quick and safe. Conveniently store blades in a roll pouch along with the molded sheath that features an integrated diamond carbide sharpening rod and a sturdy belt clip. Made of durable 5Cr13 stainless steel, the blades are also coated with a Titanium Nitride finish for improved corrosion resistance and durability. The handle is made from a rugged thermo-plastic rubber (TPR) for an ergonomic grip, and it comes in a vibrant, easy-to-spot color. The handle is also compatible with any of TRUE’s Hunt Processing Kit replaceable blades (sold separately).
